This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect when you visit our website or book a stay, why we collect it, how we use it, and the rights you have over it, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. Data we collect

We only collect data that is necessary to respond to your requests and to provide our rental service:

Booking and contact data: first and last name, email address, telephone number, postal address, number of guests, and your chosen dates.
Identity data: a copy of an identity document for each guest (including children), required before arrival.
Payment and deposit data: processed securely by our partners; we never store your full card details.
Technical data: IP address, browser type and pages visited, collected through cookies (see our Cookie Policy).

3. Purposes and legal basis

Managing your booking request and your stay — performance of a contract.
Complying with our legal obligations (guest register, identity verification) — legal obligation.
Responding to your messages and improving our website — legitimate interest.
Sending you information about your stay — performance of a contract or consent.

We never sell your data. We only share it with trusted service providers acting on our behalf to operate the website and process bookings:

Lodgify — online booking and payment management.
Swikly — secure handling of the security deposit.
Mapbox — display of the interactive location map.
Our hosting provider — storage and delivery of the website.

Some of these providers may process data outside the European Union; in that case, appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) are applied.

5. Data retention

We keep your booking and identity data only for as long as necessary for the stay and to meet our legal and accounting obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymised. Identity documents are deleted shortly after your departure.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase and port your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to withdraw your consent at any time. 7. Security

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access.
