The present General Terms and Conditions of Sale (the "Terms") govern the seasonal rental of the Chalet RedMount apartment, located at Résidence Les Cristallières, 6 rue Sainte Claude, 38860 Les 2 Alpes, France. Confirming a booking implies full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms.
The Chalet RedMount is a 150 m² alpine-style apartment occupying the entire top floor of the residence, comprising 5 bedrooms and accommodating up to 10 guests. The rental is granted for holiday use only and may not be assigned or sublet.
Bookings are made online through our booking partner. A booking is firm and final once the deposit has been received and a confirmation has been sent. The guest making the booking must be of legal age and undertakes to provide accurate information, including a copy of an identity document for each guest (children included) before arrival.
Prices are shown in euros and per night, and vary according to the season and the length of stay. Unless otherwise stated, the price includes household linen (sheets, pillowcases and towels) and the standard charges. A deposit is payable at the time of booking, with the balance due before arrival, under the conditions indicated during the booking process.
Before your stay, you will be asked to accept a security deposit through our partner Swikly. The deposit is not charged. If no damage is found at check-out, the deposit is released within 7 days following the end of your stay. The cost of any damage, breakage or missing item noted on departure may be deducted from, or claimed up to the amount of, the deposit.
Check-in and check-out times are communicated at the time of booking. The accommodation must be left clean and tidy. The number of occupants may not exceed the maximum capacity of 10 guests, unless prior written agreement. A secure double parking space is provided.
Any cancellation must be notified in writing. The applicable cancellation conditions are those indicated during the booking process. Depending on how far in advance you cancel, all or part of the sums paid may be retained. We strongly recommend taking out cancellation insurance.
The guest is responsible for any loss or damage caused during the stay. The owner cannot be held liable for theft or loss of personal belongings, nor for any interruption of services (water, electricity, internet) beyond its control. The photographs and descriptions on the website are provided in good faith and are not contractually binding in their smallest details.
These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties will seek an amicable solution before referring the matter to the competent courts. For any question, please contact us at chalet.redmount@gmail.com.
